Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped best way, either USPS or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. All shipments originate on the East coast. We will ship via the fastest, most dependable service to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Expedited and Express shipments will ship same day whenever possible. Express orders placed after 12 pm will ship next business day. Please note, all shipments to PO Boxes MUST ship via USPS.
While we try our best to keep our online inventory accurate, occasionally an error results in an item ordered being out of stock. In such an event, we will contact you immediately by phone and email to advise of the approximate date of delivery or offer an alternative.
Please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization. Returns are cheerfully accepted within 30 days on new merchandise with all original packaging and all tags attached. Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase. In cases of items purchased for gifts, a gift card will be issued to the returning customer for the original amount of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you believe you have received the incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged in some way, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged parcels should be reported to the delivery service before acceptance of delivery. Top Call Tack will not be responsible for items damaged by use or misuse.
